OOC Rules
Out of Character Rule Guide
❖ Any kind of discrimination; racial, religious, sexual, etc will absolutely not be tolerated. Ahwahnechee is a safe, welcoming, and friendly community. We take pride in being one big family. If you catch anyone breaking this rule, please report it immediately to a staff member. Discrimination and unfair treatment of another member will result in immediate ban.
❖ Profanity is allowed, but please if somebody requests for you to stop, then stop.
❖ We don't accept those making light of very sensitive topics such as;self-harm, suicide, rape, abuse, etc. If you see somebody overusing these terms, contact a member of staff with your concern and a screenshot of evidence.
❖ Staff member or not. Nobody is better than anyone else. We literally cannot stress this enough. If you see a moderator, co-admin or admin abusing their rank, contact a separate member of staff immediately. This goes for regular members, too. Nobody is bigger or tougher than anyone else because of the amount of time they've participated here in Ahwahnechee.
❖ Because this has been an issue in past roleplays, I feel it is necessary to note this here. New members are to be treated as equal as old members and included in the roleplay. Although their character will be treated as new pride members, we encourage them to get involved just as much as the rest of you.
❖ Bullying is a strict no. This is a positive environment and everyone should feel safe and welcome here. If you're caught offending or insulting another member purposely there will be an instant ban put across your name.
❖ Stay Active. You joined, so we expect you to remain active. If you know you won't be able to be on for a while, drop a notice in our absences board so we know not to kick you. Leaders are to clean the groups of inactive members at the end a two week rotor, meaning you have two weeks to show up. We do expect you to be active at least three days a week for a decent amount of time, but we know that real life prioritises online life by miles. If you do feel like you will be too busy, let us know on our discord chat, or keep tabs with us on the forum. There's no point joining a roleplay and only showing up once.
